Meet Jerry Gitchel

Jerry Gitchel is passionate about helping organizations make technology work. He started creating successful technology solutions in 1983 when his boss set a computer on his desk and said: "Figure out how to use this thing... then you can teach me".

Jerry earned his first pocket protector in high school operating and maintaining the school’s cable television network. While enrolled in the advanced electronics program he pioneered live event broadcasting to cover the suspected arson of the administration building.

As a Navy Seabee, Jerry managed the digital assets of a Naval Mobile Construction Battalion. He learned that in the face of overwhelming odds, a can-do spirit can often tip the balance in your favor.

Jerry started his working career as a carpenter. He rose through the ranks of tradesmen to work in project management with America’s top historic restoration firm, where he learned that that the past is too valuable to throw away.

He honed his presentation skills as a computer trainer by appearing in costume as the “Word Doctor”, providing individual coaching in corporate cube-farms.

Jerry's unique presentations focus on eliminating the confusion that comes from too much technology information (TMTI). He works with organizations and individuals to create a technology game plan that creates success instead of irritation with modern technology.

Find out how Jerry Gitchel can make your next meeting a success!
